These terms apply to the apps and games made by Stress Codes ("we", "us"), including WalP, WallCore, Naturify, Ringwise and Highway Hunter (the "Apps"), and to this website. By downloading or using the Apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. Using the Apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service, which apply to everything you get from Google Play.

Our privacy policy, at stresscodes.com/index.php/privacy-policy/, explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

2. Wallpapers and content

Wallpapers in our apps are provided for personal use as the background of your own phone or tablet. You may not resell them, redistribute them as a collection, or use them for commercial purposes.

Many wallpapers, including the stock wallpapers in WalP, belong to their respective owners, such as phone makers and artists. All trademarks and brand names belong to their owners, and their use does not mean they endorse us. If you own the rights to an image and want it credited or removed, email [email protected] with a link or screenshot and we will act on it promptly.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You do not need an account to use the Apps. If you sign in with Google (wallpaper apps) or Google Play Games (games), you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Purchases and virtual items

• All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and refund policy. Refund requests go through Google Play.
• Unlocks such as WalP Pro and "remove ads" options are linked to the Google account you bought them with and can be restored on your other devices with that account.
• Virtual items, such as coins in Highway Hunter or hints in Ringwise, have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. We may change how they work as we update the games, but we will not take away items you have bought without a good reason (such as fraud or a refund).
• If something you paid for does not work, email us and we will help.

5. Ads and rewards

Our free Apps are supported by ads. Some features let you choose to watch a rewarded ad for a reward, such as a hint, extra moves, coins or a revive. A reward is given only when an ad is available and watched to the end; sometimes no ad is available. Tapping your own ads on purpose or using tools to get rewards without watching ads is not allowed.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Apps, except where the law allows it;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to download content from our servers, or overload them;
• cheat or manipulate leaderboards, achievements, scores or purchases;
• use the Apps for anything unlawful, or to harm other players or us.

We may suspend features, accounts or leaderboard entries that break these rules.

7. Our rights

The Apps, including their code, design, game levels, artwork, sounds, names and logos, belong to Stress Codes or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 1.

8. Third-party services

The Apps use services from other companies, such as Google Play, Google Play Games, Google AdMob and Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Ads may link to other websites and apps; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Changes to the Apps

We keep improving the Apps, so features, levels, wallpapers and content may change, be added or be removed. We may also stop offering an App. Some features need an internet connection and may not always be available.

10. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make them reliable, but to the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stress Codes is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through Google Play in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and if you keep using the Apps after a change, you accept the new terms.
